With the help of your cooking instructor Monisha Bharadwaj, an award winning author of 17 books including The Indian Cooking Course, Indian in 7 (winner of the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards for the Best Indian Cookbook in the Word UK) and Indian Cooking for Dummies, professional chef (Iron Chef America judge) and teacher (Recognised Culinary Educator 2026, UK) you will discover the unique flavours of Indian cooking while learning about the history of how Indian food came to be so popular in the UK. As part of this class, you will visit a local Indian food shop to learn how to choose the best exotic ingredients and cook 4 typical dishes as part of a group, in our welcoming home kitchen. The recipes will be easy enough to recreate at home with just a few ingredients and the tips you will learn in this class. Vegetarians are welcome, please let us know of any dietary restrictions.
